HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Standard shipping within Germany usually costs 4.99 euros. From an order value of 100 euros, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping to other European countries is on request. When ordering individual, small items, the goods can also be shipped at a reduced price, also on request.

In our online shop you can choose between the following payment options:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the option of returning your ordered goods within 14 days of receipt. To do this, place the items you wish to return in the original packaging together with the return slip. The prerequisite for the return is that the item is undamaged, unworn and unwashed. Costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
HOW WILL MY SHIPMENT BE DELIVERED?
Depending on the order quantity, we will ship your order within Germany with Deutsche Post as a letter or as a parcel with DHL.
Shipping abroad is possible on request with Deutsche Post.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive the invoice for your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. The invoice will not be printed out as we want to avoid wasting paper.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have completed an order and wish to cancel it, please email info@elenixshop.com immediately. In the e-mail please state your name, the date of the order and your order number. An order can only be canceled as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
